Every day we design, develop, manufacture and install the most energy-efficient dryers and coolers for the food industry from the world’s most sustainable office in Haelen. We make them ever higher quality, more innovative and energy efficient to lead the way internationally. That’s how we want to become part of the solution

After getting my diplomas as a construction bench fitter and certified welder, I started working at Geelen Counterflow. I still learn every day, not from theory but from practice.

The mission of our company refers to the respect for our planet, the earth and also to the respect for our relationships with customers, suppliers and employees. As an independent, autonomous family business, we value autonomy. We show ownership and give employees a lot of freedom to apply their own methods. EFFICIENT

We are working daily to eliminate waste and are aware of the improvements we can make. With all facets in-house, from drawing office to development and from the first contact with the customer to production, we work quickly and efficiently. No external parties, no production facilities in so-called low-wage countries, but simply here in Haelen.

AGILE

We move with the changes in society in part by investing in the development of our employees. Agility also means flexibility; you largely determine when you take your leave days or what time your workday starts.

An office job has many faces, from sales to after-sales. Do you dive deep into the engineering of thermodynamics and mechanical design or do you prefer a support role in, for example, HR, finance or IT. Together we make the difference.

As a sales,- or service representative, you will experience how internationally we operate. You are our calling card with the customer and thanks to your expertise and craftsmanship our coolers and dryers are assembled and installed properly.
